PRIORITY CLUB – POINTSBREAKS LIST (4th Quarter) AVAILABLE NOW!
The fourth quarter Priority Club PointsBreaks list of hotels is out. Check out the great locations for only 5,000 points per night. You never know where they might be and it might work for your next trip. The great thing with all hotel points reservations is they can be canceled and the points redeposited without a fee unlike airline miles and award tickets. I recently grab three nights at a very convenient location for our family for 15,000 points. I was looking to visit some of the quaint New England towns in Connecticut and I wanted a central location around these areas. So I wasn’t looking necessarily for anything fancy or a super desirable location. I had reserved three nights for 15,000 each (45,000 total) at the Holiday Inn Express in Meredian, CT in advance because it was central to these towns. A few weeks before our stay the Priority Club Points Break list came out and I checked it; like I always do, and they had the Crowne Plaza in Southbury. I was delighted to move up to a higher category hotel for less points. So I canceled my other reservation and grab three nights there. The location was superb for visiting the Litchfield county and surrounding towns. We never did visit anything in Southbury, nor were we at the hotel but to sleep. Just a crash pad! I just smile when I think of all the points I saved. I spent the same amount for 3 nights as I was going to pay for 1 night!!! This is a perfect example of the benefits of the Priority Club Points Break list.
So my lesson here is always always check the Points Break list when they come out. This list comes out quarterly. Wish I had an exact date to give you but I don’t know it. Generally at the end of the previous quarter. I will generally always let you know when it comes out. The current list if for reservation from now until December 10, 2012.
This list will many times have very desirable locations. The current list has Holiday Inn Express in Lisbon, the Holiday Inn in Suva, Fiji, and the Intercontinental Bahrain. Just to name a few! These hot locations will be booked quickly so don’t wait. As they book enough nights the locations will disappear from the list. So jump on anything you might want. Remember you can always cancel and your points are posted back to your account immediately. Priority Club has a great system. I love the Priority Club brand and hotels. They offer: Intercontinenal, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Resorts, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, StayBridge Suites and Candlewood Suites. Something for every travelers comfort level.
