UPDATE: 2/12/2013
Just canceled my account. It was just as easy as the steps I described above. Saved screen print for my records.
WOT says the website you have to enter is a problem; don’t know if it downloads a cookie which creates more phishing or what the problem is. Thought your readers should know, just in case.
@Old FLyer – I had a weird error message when I first sign up as well. I wasn’t sure what happened, I had tried to used a Visa gift card to enroll and thought that was the problem. Everything went through fine the second try and logged me into my Savings Network account.
I’ve tried the link several times also and it still isn’t working 🙁
@Linda – The website does seem to be quite buggy!!! Okay, back up plan. You can also enroll over the phone. Call 1-800-903-4492 8:00 am – Midnight EST
Thanks for the update.
How long does it take to get the gift card?
@Anna – I am not sure. I believe it said 6 – 8 weeks but they have taken down the link since I posted it. Guess I sent it viral! Ooops! You can still call over the phone though and get the offer.
