Be sure to get this status even if you don’t have any Hyatt stays coming up. Remember that you can also use this status to request a status match from other hotel loyalty programs. I currently have Diamond and Platinum status with several programs because of similar promotions like this that I used to match to these programs. During my recent Marriott stay in San Francisco, my family spent the night in a 2 bedroom suite because of my Platinum status with Marriott.
