  1. just joined using your link and i don’t see the bonus points. just 60 points for completing the profile. i wonder it it takes a while.

  2. @cj – When it does say miles post in 6 – 8 weeks but I’ve had reports they post immediately after purchase too. T&C’s state 500 UA miles after registering & activating account, then 750 after making purchase of $25 or more within 30 days.

  3. hmm… there was nothing in the registration that asked for my UA number and nothing that asks for UA number in account settings or preferences. but it did mention in the confirmation email about the points. just thinking i might have done it wrong.

  4. @cj – The registration form does ask for your UA number on the landing page. Maybe it was just an oversight. Did you receive email and activate account? If you did, you can view your “Account” and under “Activity”, you’ll see United Mileage registration and then account activation. Points may take time to post though depending upon the vendor you purchase from and when they submit that info to MyPoints. If you got it totally messed up then I would try and register again with a different name (maybe husband or boyfriend or child) and put your United Mileage Account on the form.
