You know where you want to go and you have the points but not the time to make all the hotel arrangements. Let me assist you in booking all your hotel arrangements for your next adventure. Maybe you have points and you don’t even know how many nights or where to use those points. Let me figure out where you could best maximize the points you have for your trip. Sometimes you think you don’t have enough but there are ways to stretch and maximize your points if you know how the different hotel programs work.
Service Fees: I charge a flat $150 hotel award booking fee. This fee is for booking up to 3 hotels. If you need to have additional hotels books for your trip, I charge a $25 additional fee per hotel. Example: The flat service fee for a large trip requiring 5 hotel bookings would be $200. I do require a $50 non-refundable deposit upfront for me to start working on your hotel bookings. This deposit will be applied to your final flat service fee. If in a rare case I am not able to book accommodations that meet your requirements, I do not charge the full fee. The $50 non-refundable deposit is all you pay regardless of how much time I spend working on your booking. I feel this is very fair considering how much time is involved sometimes in these bookings. Of course, my goal is to work hard till I find accommodations that suit your needs. This is mutually beneficial for both of us. I want you to be happy with my service and I am hoping to earn your repeat and referral business. Your satisfaction is extremely important to me.
Change Fees: I work with you every step of the way to make sure you are completely happy with your accommodations. If there are any changes that need to be made in the future to your booking, I charge a flat $50 fee to assist you with those arrangements.
Payment: I accept payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and eCheck via Paypal. Once I receive your $50 non-refundable deposit, I begin working on your booking. This $50 non-refundable deposit will be applied to your final flat service fee. The remainder of the fee is due upon completion of all travel reservations. When final payment is received, travel reservations and confirmation numbers will be sent to you via email within 24-48 hours.
