Contract Service Agreement


My services are offered as a experienced miles and point collector and experienced traveler.  I use my travel knowledge to assist you in booking your travel arrangements; airline tickets, hotel reservations, train tickets, tours, etc.  I provide my services as an independent contractor and not a licensed business or corporation.

Client agrees to not hold Faith Case liable for any changes that happen from the airlines, hotels, tours, etc.  Airline flights that may be canceled, changed, or rerouted.  These changes are out of my control.  If these changes do occur, I will do my best to help you fix your arrangements to work best for your situation.  Sometimes, these things happen and I will work diligently with you to find the best solution.  In the event of this unlikely situation, I will provide your my help free of charge.

Should your plans changed and you decided to change your award booking and re-deposit your miles, I can advise you on the best way to handle that situation.  I do not refund my fee for the booking though as I have already provided my contracted services.  If you would like assistance with this, I will provide this service to you for a flat $30 fee.  If you decide to change your itinerary and want to re-book, this would be a new booking fee.

My goal is for you to be extremely happy with your experience with me and to return again and again for my services .  I am available via email and phone to assist you through the entire process.  I know many people are very savvy at earning miles & points but redemption is many times where the hassle and headache comes into play.  The purpose of my service is provide you with stress and hassle free travel planning.  Your complete happiness is my goal!

A flat rate service is charge for booking services.  A $50 non-refundable fee is required on each booking.  This $50 non-refundable fee is applied to the total agreed upon final flat service fee.  Client agrees to provide this non-refundable deposit in advance to start work on a travel booking.  The remainder of the fee is due upon completion of all travel reservations.  When final payment is received, travel reservations and confirmation numbers will be sent to client via email within 24-48 hours of received payment.

Fees are non-refundable after services have been rendered.
