Registration: SPG Members must register online at spg.com/moreforyou by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 30, 2014. Registered members can earn bonus Starpoints® for every eligible stay between September 15, 2014, and December 15, 2014 (the “promotion period”), at participating Starwood hotels and resorts. A list of nonparticipating hotels and resorts can be found atspg.com/moreforyou and is subject to change.
Earning: Registered members will earn double Starpoints on eligible stays of two or more nights, or earn triple Starpoints on eligible stays of two or more nights that include a Friday or Saturday night at participating hotels and resorts, other than those in the Middle East. Participating hotels and resorts in the Middle East will instead award triple Starpoints for eligible stays of two or more nights that include a Thursday or Friday night. Participating properties in the following Middle Eastern countries will award triple Starpoints for eligible stays of two or more nights that include a Thursday or Friday night: Amman: Jordan; Bahrain: Bahrain; Kuwait: Kuwait City; Lebanon: Beirut; Saudi Arabia: Al Khobar, Dammam, Jeddah, Makkah, Medina and Riyadh; Qatar: Doha; United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai and Fujairah. Elite-level extra Starpoints earnings and other bonuses will not be doubled or tripled. Only the base two-Starpoints-per-dollar earnings are doubled or tripled. My Stay Preferences bonus: Registered members are eligible to receive 500 bonus Starpoints when updating the members spg.com profile online between October 15, 2014 and December 15, 2014. Updates made prior to registration are eligible, but only if the update falls within October 15 to December 15, 2014. The bonus will post to the registered member’s account 2-4 weeks after the end of the promotion period. All members who are registered for the More For You promotion are eligible for the My Stay Preferences bonus regardless of whether they have an eligible booking in the promotion.
Eligible Stays: An Eligible Stay is defined as two or more consecutive nights paying an Eligible Rate in the same hotel regardless of the number of check-ins or checkouts that occur and post to the member’s Starwood Preferred Guest® account. Eligible Stays with at least two nights in the earning period will receive a bonus. An Eligible Rate is any rate that is eligible to earn Starpoints in the Starwood Preferred Guest program. A description of SPG-participating hotels and resorts and of Eligible Stays and Eligible Rates can be found at spg.com under Terms & Conditions of the SPG program. See Section 1.4 b iii for the complete definition of Eligible Rates. Note that certain prepaid room reservations, such as when the booking is made through a third party, including but not limited to travelocity.com, expedia.com, orbitz.com and delta.com — are not considered Eligible Rates and do not earn Starpoints or qualify for promotional earnings.
